A Sales Rep sees only their own records by default.<\/p>\n<p>This hierarchy-based visibility model is the default. Each Sales Executive can only see their own deals. Each Area Manager can see all deals for their area. Each Zonal Manager can see all deals in their zone. The National Head sees everything.
